If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your clean, unused item to our store address within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. A flat rate of $10 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping. Please email us at returns@intheatelier.shop to tell us your order number, item, and reason for return. We will get back to you within one to two business days.  

Exchanges

If for some reason, you need to exchange a clean, unused item in your order, please click the link below to follow our exchange instructions. We kindly ask that you cover shipping on the item you wish to exchange and we will happily provide shipping on your new item. Please email us at returns@intheatelier.shop to tell us your order number, item, and reason for return. We will get back to you within one to two business days.  

International Purchases

Right now, we are only selling our products domestically, but as we grow we will consider international shipping.
